Smooth ‘N Shine Polishing Silk Style Foaming Wrap Lotion Review

Smooth ‘N Shine Polishing Silk Style Foaming Wrap Lotion Review

smooth n shine polishing silk style foam wrap lotion     I tend to wear a lot of hairstyles that require I use some type of setting lotion or mousse. Whether I am attempting a wrap or a roller set, it is quite necessary that I set my hair with some type of product to ensure that the style lasts. In the past, I relied on The Motions Foaming Wrap Lotion. Although, not completely dissatisfied with it, I was rather displeased with its drying effects to my hair. When I tried the Smooth N Shine Foaming Wrap lotion I used it for my roller set, and I was amazed at how light my curls were as a result! Not only was my hair full of body, it was even shinier than ever! And for those of you who use mousse or foaming wrap lotions, you may have experienced the drying out of your hair from these products. So you can imagine my surprise to find something of this nature that actually added luster!!  My curls were full of bounce, and were not crisp or hard. When I wear a wrap, my hair is very light feeling and flowing! For the roller sets, my curls usually last for about 3-4 days, so I’ll give this product an average score on hold. But overall, I would certainly recommend this product!!

How I use Smooth N Shine Wrap Lotion for a roller set:

  1. After washing my hair and applying my leave in conditioner, I detangle with my wide tooth comb.
  2. Instead of putting the lotion on my entire head of hair, as I part, I apply a very small amount to each section.
  3. Finally, I roll my hair as usual.

      4.  After taking the rollers out, I apply some oil or serum.

*When using the Smooth N Shine Wrap Lotion, be careful not to apply too much. As with any type of mousse type product, it can result in drying if used in excess.
