Proclaim Cholesterol Review

proclaim cholesterol So I went to Sally’s looking for a cheap deep conditioner, and I found this brand for $1.79. I thought I was really getting something because on the jar it claims to soften dry, brittle hair, moisturize, reduce combing friction, and is enriched with Aloe Vera. The Proclaim Cholesterol went on my hair like a paste. I applied the cholesterol after I shampooed my hair, and no matter how much I sprayed water on my hair it just did not go on any smoother. Surprisingly it rinsed out of my hair very well, and made my hair feel smooth.

When I applied my usual styling products the smooth feeling of my hair left. My hair felt just like plastic and as if someone applied a waterproof top coat. I was not satisfied with this product at all, and if I could find my receipt I would get my little $1 and cents back.

It passes the smell and look test in the jar, but after it is applied and washed out it fails the smoothness test. I will try to jazz this product up a bit and wake up my conditioner(click the link for more info on how to wake up your conditioner by Amina) . Maybe this product has hope after all, and it is just a base for a great conditioner! As with any beauty items use this with caution and follow all of the directions.

Thanks for the shout out Jordan! Sounds like you will def have to spice up this conditioner. LOL @ the “-5″ rating, I probably would’ve never even tried it just b/c of those 2 ingredients, my hair hates petrolatum and mineral oil…my relaxed hair liked it with moderation though. I like the little added touch that explains some of the ingredients, Great touch!!!

Your welcomed! Thanks for the comment! I wonder what some of these ingredients are and I know other people do too. I didn’t know it had that mineral and petrolatum crap in it till I got home with it. I wish I could find my receipt lol.

Proclaim cholesterol is more for those with extremely damaged hair, like if you bleach it ever few month or dye your hair every 2 weeks. it help bring your hair back to life. If your hair is already healthy enough it might make your hair every greasy or like what you said. My hair goes through hell every few weeks so I use proclaim cholesterol and it does wonders for me. Those who have healthy happy hair this is a great review, but for those who have hair damage I recommend getting this.
