Natural Remedies to Prevent Hair Loss

l        Massage: Blood flow can be increased to the scalp through massage. It simply takes a few minutes of massage each day to promote the blood flow to the scalp. In fact there is an oriental method called Qi Gong that has been used for circulation improvement to the scalp and face. This can stimulate minor hair growth.

l        Aromatherapy: You can stimulate the scalp through aromatherapy. A combination of lavender, bay oils along with almond, soybean or sesame seed oils. Allow this combination to set on the scalp for twenty minutes can stimulate the scalp.

l        Saw Palmetto Extract: This has a direct effect on men and their hair loss. This is linked to the prostate. This extract has been proven to help cure benign prostatic diseases by lowering DHT. DHT is also a known cause for hair loss in those who suffer from Androgenetic alopecia.

Saw Palmetto Extract can be used to effectively treat hair loss. It has an effect on anti-androgen, but should not be used by women on oral birth control or who are taking Hormone Replacement Therapies.

l        Polysorbate-80: This chemical is approved by the FDA as a food additive. Although it is not proven it is said to be able to remove DHT from the scalp and also cholesterol. This is used externally. It is applied to the scalp and left there fro about 20 minutes prior to washing.

l        Detox and Cleansing: Clean healthy hair is important for natural hair growth. Some feel that by cleansing your body of harmful toxins you can promote a healthier being and improve hair growth. This process can be done through an enema or colonic irrigation.

l        Psyllium Husk:Another form of cleansing the body is through the use of psyllium husks. By using psyllium husks you can eliminate waste in the colon. It acts as a gentle scrubbing system to cleans the colon of waste and toxins.
