Those who have not had the results they wanted seem to be a bit upset about it which can play a part too. Stress will stunt growth just as well as a poor diet , unbalnced product use , chemical treatments done improperly and too often and constant heat and glue damage. Dont rely on any pill to perform a miracle because everyone is different. Not everyones hair grows at the same speed thats why you have some with really long and some whose hair just doent seem to grow at all. A pill cant do it all. your lifestyle practices and hair regimens contribute. You have to be healthy on the inside just as well as the out. the vitamin provides what you need for growth . Its up to you to make sure its properly used within the body by maintaining good health inside and out. and its not no 1 month 2 month action. it has to be consistent some times for years. i have been a user for 2 years and my hair isnt down to my backside or anything like that but it is healthier, easier to manage and growing at a rate im happy with AS LONG AS I MANAGE STRESS, EAT RIGHT, USE THE PROPER PRODUCTS, DRINK PLENTY OF WATER, EAT RIGHT (SO IMPORTANT I SAID IT TWICE), AND HAVE A CONSISTENT HAIR REGIMEN THAT DOESNT REQUIRE MESSING WITH IT DAILY OUTSIDE A DAILY MOISTURIZING BRUSHING AND WIDE TOOTH COMBING. when these things are off your hair is the one of the first ways to tell. But I had to give my story as it is I am always the one reading reviews and never trying something. HF's site is VERY educational and they are right, the longer you are on HF the more benefits you and your hair will achieve.
