i live in Chattanooga, Tn and I am having problems with my skin and hair that the doctor’s here says it is not contingous. The problem is my hair is flanky with white spots around the roots of my hair and my skin has dry spots all over my chest, stomache and arms. i am hopint that you take out of state patients. i have blue cross blue shield and i am not sure it will cover out of state. i am desparate for some help with m skin.
