Of course getting the big chop is a big deal. Some choose to do it themselves at home, and others choose to go to a professional. I was in the latter group. The place that I chose to receive this service was A Natural Hair Affair in Memphis, located at 2847 Poplar Avenue. In a word the experience was refreshing! I enjoyed the comfort of the salon, the friendly staff, professionalism, and not to mention the BIG CHOP, that I still enjoy today!!
They offer a variety of natural hair styles ranging from bantu knots to braids and twistouts! Coming from a girl that has paid a visit to quite a few salons all over the South and have gotten quite peeved by the significant wait times and crazy overbooking, I am delighted to announce that I did not have this issue at A Natural Affair! Thank God for being able to go to the salon and actually be serviced within the time frame that you booked!
